You're Too Smart for My Own Good

This morning, as we were getting ready to go to daycare, Samantha came downstairs carrying a backpack full of toys, plus 2 dolls in her arms. I told her that she could pick one -- the backpack or one doll. She thought for a second, then said, "The backpack!" I turned back to the baby, and Samantha went into her room and closed the door, then came out happily carrying only her backpack ... Both dolls were inside of it! You gotta give her credit for thinking outside the box!
